Qualification & Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or System Administration. (Highly motivated fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.)
- Hands-on experience with installing and troubleshooting MS Windows & Office.
- Ability to record and maintain IT support documentation, including issues, troubleshooting steps, solutions, and equipment information.
- Ability to maintain IT asset records, inventory lists, and tracking spreadsheets.
Office hours : 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, (Monday to Friday)
